3、
Mask Up is an indie roguelike whose strange sense of style and escalating weirdness may be its biggest draws. It comes to us from developer Rouli, and it's available right now for Android.

You'll start out controlling a slug-like creature made of a gooey yellow/orange substance that it constantly leaks everywhere. You can move left or right, jump, and attack using a combination of holds and taps.

Doing each of these causes you to lose some all-important goo, though you'll thankfully be able to replenish your supply by taking down enemies or finding little chests of the unknown substance lying around the randomly generated levels.

If you happen to collect enough goo without wasting your supply or getting hit, you'll eventually evolve into your next form. The first time I went from a slug to a wobbly, slightly creepy humanoid was cause for both celebration and concern. What would this thing turn into next? Do I even want to know?

And yes, you should, as the next level up from Morph is a ripped bodybuilder goo fit with an effectively off-putting bulge.

It's just… weird – in the best possible way! Despite myself, I've quite enjoyed seeing where it goes and unlocking the various forms. With it being a roguelike, death sends you right back to the start of the game without any of your lovely goo (or is it just especially thick juice?).

2、
In a recent statement on the Elder Scrolls Legends subreddit, Bethesda has revealed that they will not be working on any expansions for the game for the 'foreseeable future'. This means that the expansion that was previously touted for release this year will, of course, no longer be happening.

They went on to say that the Asia-specific version of the game will not be affected by this because it's being handled by a separate company. Similarly, you'll still be able to continue playing the game in its current form and they plan to continue running monthly reward cards and in-game events alongside maintenance support.

As a thank you for the support over the years the game has been available, users will also receive The Tamriel Collection next time they log into the game. This will include 'an assortment of new, three-attribute cards and more'. Though I'm sure it'll do little to appease long-time players who will think this is the death knell for their preferred online card game.

Whilst new content for the game hasn't entirely been ruled out, they have said that development for it is no longer under active development, which isn't particularly inspiring. It is certainly a shame, we reviewed the game back in 2017 and found it to be a great game, once you'd taken the time to learn everything about it.

3、
Preparations for the Clash Royale League are well underway, as Supercell has announced the official lineup of professional European and North American teams that will be taking part in the competition.

The list is comprised of many of the most recognizable esports teams you might already be familiar with, including Cloud9, Team Liquid, Team Solomid, and Immortals. Tribe Gaming, which won the 2017 Vainglory championship, will also be repping North America.

With teams settled, it’s time to get busy building up rosters and preparing for the league’s first season to get underway. At the start of the Clash Royale League Challenge, we caught hints that some of the challenge winners would be recruited to some of these big name teams. It will certainly be interesting to see how the final team rosters turn out.

Want to try your hand at competitive Clash Royale?
